Medical Order Management (NSO)
On 1 February 2020, the Nodo Smistamento Ordini (NSO) was launched.It is a platform that passes purchase orders and related responses that National Health System suppliers must manage exclusively in electronic format. The compulsory use ofelectronic ordering in the health sector makes it necessary for hospitals and their suppliers to adopt an IT solution to manage this format.
Able Tech offers healthcare providers two solutions for electronic order management (NSO):
- The IX-PEPPOL stand alone web service: To manage the sending and receiving of NSO electronic orders
- ARX-NODE: For a complete and integrated management of order processes with ARXivar
Digital medical records
All patient information is collected in ARXivar, which allows real-time access to the data,avoiding the time-consuming process of searching for documents in different systems (or even in paper archives), with clear advantages in terms of efficiency and productivity.
The solution uses the existing patient record and allows individual medical reports to be linked to it, which are filled in directly in ARXivar using dedicated templates. Additional documentation is also managed digitally. Documents are signed, always digitally, by medical staff and consent to data processing is collected by graphometric signature, all in compliance with the GDPR and without going through paper. Access to documents is managed through a system of permissions assigned to user groups and document classes. Medical records are then electronically stored, with one click.
Immediate access to data allows all business departments to simplify and speed up their work.
