According to the European data protection law (Art. 13, European Regulation 2016/679), the User acknowledges that ABLE TECH S.P.A. is committed to processing the User's personal data in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of privacy.
Therefore, the User is informed that:
A. CATEGORIES OF DATA: the personal data subject to processing may include the User's personal data, such as personal identification data, contact details, and identifiers (IP address, logs).
B. DATA CONTROLLER: The data controller is ABLE TECH S.P.A., Via Mantova 2/g, 25017 – Lonato del Garda (BS), Tax Code – VAT number 02355260981, contactable by phone at +39 0309650688 or by email at privacy@abletech.it or by PEC at abletech@pec.it.
C. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: The personal data held by the Data Controller are collected directly from the data subject.
D. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The processing of your data, collected and stored in relation to the completion of this form, is based on your consent and is carried out for the following purposes: manage your contact request.
E. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA: to the extent relevant to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be communicated, if necessary, to other entities involved in the processing activities, both internal and external to the Data Controller, such as employees and collaborators, partners, consulting companies, private companies. Your data will not be disclosed in any way.
F. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES: The collected data may be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area, based on an adequacy decision by the Commission or in the presence of appropriate safeguards, to fulfill the purposes mentioned above.
G. RETENTION PERIOD: The collected data will be stored for no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were processed ("data retention limitation principle," Art. 5, GDPR) or according to deadlines set by law. The obsolescence of the data in relation to the purposes for which it was collected is periodically checked.
H. DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS: The data subject has the right to request access to their data, rectification or deletion of the data, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent for processing by simply communicating with the Data Controller. The data subject may also file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
I. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA: we inform you that the provision of data is optional for some fields and mandatory for others (marked with the symbol *), and the failure to provide the required data may result in the inability to perform the requested service.
J. DATA PROCESSING METHODS: the personal data you provide will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the above-mentioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations that guide the activities of the Data Controller. The data will be processed using both electronic and paper tools, and any other appropriate means, in compliance with adequate security measures under the GDPR.

L. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES: automated decision-making processes are not foreseen.
