The company
Ovest Sesia is a private irrigation and land reclamation consortium under public law, founded on the initiative of Camillo Cavour. The consortium brings together 59 irrigation districts in the area between the Dorea Baltea, the Sesia and the Po.
The demand
The main need of Ovest Sesia was the management of the whole bureaucratic volume of its Association Misson both towards the members and all the daily interlocutors. All the paperwork was onerous because it was done manually and on paper.
