The Solution
The responsible office registers the SOPs in a pdf file in a folder monitored by ARXivar. The data contained is read by the system, and inserted into a searchable document "profile". The latter is associated with the pdf relativo, appropriately managed/recognised by a dedicated ARXivar engine.
With regard to the order, a "Barcode Profiling" mask is provided. When the defined fields are filled in, a label is automatically generated and applied to the order received. At the most appropriate time, all documents are massively scanned and automatically sent by workflow to the various warehouses and organised by the system into Electronic Files, together with the relevant Delivery Notes and Invoices.
