The ARXivar Next Year, the annual event dedicated to the ARXivar business partner community, was held in Milan on 23 September.

Results

A 2016 that grew by more than 10% compared to the previous year, an ecosystem of increasingly qualified business partners and a young and dynamic team that is also constantly growing. Given this background, it is not surprising that Able Tech has many plans for the future. We intend to focus on creating cloud solutions and electronic invoicing. Already today, we handle 2% of electronic transactions from companies to the public administration, which means that around 8,000 companies have chosen us as their partner for this specific activity. A valuable experience that we intend to make available to the market to help accelerate the spread of e-invoicing, also between private individuals, which will come into full swing in 2017, said Claudio Vigasio, President and CEO of Able Tech.

Trends

During the conference, it emerged that companies primarily require a document management solution to be easy to implement, easy to use and to reduce initial investment (the trend for cloud solutions is growing). In addition to this there is an improvement in internal communication, a significant saving in execution time for user processes as well as guaranteed data security.

ARXivar NEXTARXivar NEXT: Simplicity e User experience

This led Able Tech to the development of ARX NEXT (forthcoming), the latest cloud-based software presented at Next Year. In line with the growth in the use of mobile devices, which has revolutionised the way we work and made it multichannel, the platform’s interface is fully web and responsive. The main drivers that guided the development of the interface were simplicity of use, improvement of the user experience and customisation: ARX NEXT makes it possible to diversify menus, layouts and content according to the device used by a specific user and their tasks, making their work much easier.

Collaboration Tools

An integrated chat makes corporate communication faster and more functional by eliminating standard and dispersive means of collaboration (Skype, email, sms). Chat allows documents and their profiles to be shared and opened instantly, without having to download and save them to the desktop and then upload them again. ARXivar NEXT also allows sharing through chat and the immediate use of any type of object (views, files, associations, etc.).

The Next Year was an opportunity to recall that from 1 January it will only be possible to send an invoice, and of course manage and store it, in digital format. The IX service, designed to manage the entire process of sending PA invoices, will also allow the exchange of invoices between private individuals to generate, digitally sign and send xml electronic invoices, receive confirmation notices from the SDi and store invoices on behalf of companies, relieving them of the manual management of individual process steps. The portal will also allow users to search and consult issued invoices, accompanied by SDi messages and notifications, from any mobile device.

PEC email management

Another important innovation on the cloud solutions front is ARX PEC, the service that allows automatic storage after sending/receiving PEC e-mails within the Document Management system, their organisation and storage in accordance with regulations.

At the event, the classification of partners into Bronze, Silver and Gold was made official. This was introduced to highlight the most talented resellers and as an incentive for everyone to do better, making the companies more recognisable in the market through the list of logos available for the first time in a dedicated space linked to the arxivar.it website.
